1. What is storytelling for you?
Storytelling is about telling stories in a way that engages our students using pictures, sounds, voices, etc. It is easier to remember a good story than remembering facts or simple information.
2. Why Digital Storytelling in class?
The use of storytelling in class it is a fun way to teach languages. Stories are an enjoyable and they stimulate imagination. Listening to stories in English classes provide an exceptional way to work the oral comprehension. Moreover, storytelling enriches the learners' vocabulary and help them to acquire new language structures.
3. Expectations and goals with this course.
I would like to learn new strategies and tips to work with storytelling in class and implement it with my students. I would like to know more resources, printed resources or in the Internet to work the digital Storytelling in class.
